These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hairstyle View website located at https://hairstyleview.com ("Website") and the services provided by Hairstyle View. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Hairstyle View

Hairstyle View is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that offers hyper-realistic AI-powered hairstyle and haircut previews using advanced artificial intelligence technologies. The service is designed for salons, stylists, and individual users who wish to digitally visualize hair transformations.

2. Accounts, Subscriptions, and Credits

* Registration: To use the service, you must sign up using a valid authentication method (such as Google OAuth or email Magic Links).
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and use our services. If you are a parent or legal guardian uploading photographs of a minor, you consent to the processing of their image in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
* Subscription Plans: We offer various plans (Solo, Studio, Salon) billed on a monthly or annual basis.
* Generation Credits: Each plan includes a specific number of AI generation credits per month. Unused credits at the end of your monthly billing cycle do not roll over to the next month.
* Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. You will continue to have access to the plan features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund policy within 7 calendar days from the purchase date of your first subscription. However, to prevent abuse of the platform, the refund will only be eligible if you have consumed fewer than 10 AI generation credits in total.

4. Content Ownership and Usage Rights

* Uploaded Images: You are the sole owner of any photographs and images you upload to the platform. You warrant that you own the necessary rights or have obtained explicit consent from the person appearing in the image (e.g., your salon clients) before uploading their photograph.
* Generated Images: When you generate a hairstyle preview, you retain all intellectual property rights to the resulting images and are free to use them for commercial purposes in your salon or on social media.
* License to Hairstyle View: By uploading an image, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, temporary license to process and modify the image solely for the purpose of providing the requested preview service.

5. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe). For full details on how we protect your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability and Service Warranty

* Nature of AI: The images generated by our artificial intelligence are approximate simulations for guidance and creative purposes. Hairstyle View does not guarantee that a physical haircut, styling, or color service performed in a salon will be identical to the digital preview generated by the AI.
* Availability: The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for temporary interruptions due to server maintenance or cloud provider outages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

8. Updates to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify active users via email or through an in-app notice.
